moving to melbourne on saturday so only got one week left in the zoo... one of our toilets has now broken and overflowed, so im feeling that this is the right time to move on. finally got a photo of the house for you (mum) as you have requested, it aint that pretty mind:
i slept in till 1 on saturday (jetlag) - mind u, i got into sydney at 6 am friday morning, and managed to stay up all day - went down t'harbour for an icecream (lindt! MMM), did some food shopping and COOKED (yes i will now make an effort to feed myself) and then had a couple of schooners down at the local which made me practically fall asleep on the pub table. so i think i did pretty well considering i had been up and travelling for almost two days solid.
we went off to the botanical gardens on saturday afternoon but it rained like crazy and we got absaloutely soaked. not too impressed. luckily it had stopped by the evening so we prepared ourselves for our last night out in sydney. as it was st. patricks day we dressed accordingly and each donned a green top, iv got some great photos that i need to put up! for now this is the only one i can get at

Well now I understand why you did nt want us to see a picture. Is it really that grim? and it looks so SMALL ! is it the whole block of 3 or just the door in the centre.Where do they keep the swimming pool- it must be one of those unflatable ones from Aussie Argos.No wonder you are moving on......xxxxxx
LOL. No, its not that bad. it aint pretty i said that already but its a decent place, massive inside. Its that entire block (all the grey)... i reckon if they had only painted it white it would have looked so much nicer. the grey just plays a mind trick. the pool is around the back (thru the house - we've got a sitting area thing, barbeque etc). i have to say honestly, although i can admit its pretty much a wreck, the front of the house is by far the mingingest part which is why i didnt want u to see it haha!
